A results-driven senior executive with more than 35 years of international management experience across high-tech, electronics, renewable energy, manufacturing, hospitality, and higher education.
Olivier's career began on the sales floor in Switzerland, where over thirteen years he rose from Sales Executive to Area Sales Manager and eventually Export Manager for Northeast Asia — doubling revenue and negotiating turnkey projects with multi-billion-dollar Asian Groups. Five years leading international higher education teams across Eastern Europe and the Americas followed by thirteen years directing the international division of a European-based executive recruiting agency, placing local and international professionals, leaders, and executives across North America in more than twenty prominent industries.
In 2026 he brought that full circle by founding Transatlantic Global Services, LLC to be the single partner he wished he'd had at every step of his own journey. He is multilingual — native French, full professional English, and working German — and today, in parallel to being one of eight USA Delegates to the Council of the Swiss Abroad (CSA), he is also a Member of the International Business Society at the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).
He has worked with clients across the full spectrum — from family-owned companies to large global and multinational organizations — his industry expertise includes Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial, Energy (fossil & renewables), Pharma, Biotech, Medical, AI, High-Tech, Software, Supply Chain, and Transportation, among others.
Originally from Switzerland, Olivier was born and raised in Lausanne, in the French-speaking region. After more than thirty-five years in Switzerland and three years in Northeast Asia, he, his wife, and their teenage daughter moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2008, where he took on a demanding role as Regional Manager for the Americas. In 2023, after fifteen years in Georgia, Olivier and his wife, Susan, relocated to Texas to be closer to their daughter — and now three grandchildren.
Howdy from Weimar, Texas! After three decades building bridges across Europe and Asia, Olivier finally hit the one crossing he never saw coming: I-10 between Houston and San Antonio. These days he trades airport lounges for front-porch evenings, says "y'all" like he was born saying it, and has made his peace with the fact that Texas brisket now gives Swiss fondue a real run for its money — though with three grandkids just down the road, Texas wins on every other count.
